Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Tee Zen Designs website at tee-zen.com (“Site”) or placing an order through the Site, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or place an order.

Tee Zen Designs, LLC (“Tee Zen Designs”, “we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use the Site. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3.1 Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately, including colors, sizing, and design details. However, colors may vary depending on your monitor settings and display calibration. We cannot guarantee that your screen accurately represents the physical product.

3.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

3.3 Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.

3.4 Order Errors

If you believe there is an error in your order confirmation, contact us at support@tee-zen.com within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation. We cannot guarantee that order corrections can be accommodated once fulfillment has begun.

3.5 Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order. We undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information on the Site, including pricing information, except as required by law.

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are the prices that apply to your order.

4.2 Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for orders shipped outside the United States.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. By placing an order, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Tee Zen Designs does not store credit card numbers or payment method details on its servers. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection.

5.1 Print-on-Demand Products

Many of our products are produced through print-on-demand fulfillment partners. These products are made to order and cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun. Production typically begins within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

5.2 Directly Fulfilled Products

Some products are fulfilled directly by Tee Zen Designs. Shipping timelines for directly fulfilled items are communicated at the time of purchase.

5.3 Shipping Estimates

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tee Zen Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

5.4 Multiple Shipments

Orders containing products from different fulfillment sources may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking notifications for each shipment.

5.5 International Shipping

For orders shipped outside the United States, you are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes. Tee Zen Designs is not responsible for delays or additional costs imposed by customs authorities.

5.6 Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Tee Zen Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you and may charge additional shipping to reship.

6.1 Print-on-Demand Products

Because print-on-demand products are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color variation from screen display.

We will replace or refund print-on-demand items only in the following circumstances:

• The item received differs materially from what was ordered (wrong product, wrong design, wrong size shipped)
• The item arrives damaged or with a significant print defect
• The item is confirmed lost in transit — defined as not delivered within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with no carrier movement on tracking

To report an issue, contact support@tee-zen.com within 14 days of the delivery date (or, for lost packages, within 14 days of the date the package is considered lost per the definition above) with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or defective items, please include photographs.

6.2 Directly Fulfilled Products

Return and exchange policies for directly fulfilled products are communicated at the time of purchase and on the relevant product page.

6.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after the refund is approved, depending on your card issuer.

7.1 Account Creation

Creating an account is optional. You may check out as a guest. Registered accounts allow you to view order history, save shipping addresses, and manage communication preferences.

7.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tee-zen.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9.1 Tee Zen Designs Property

All original artwork, graphic designs, brand assets, logos, and site content created by Tee Zen Designs are the proprietary property of Tee Zen Designs, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our designs is prohibited.

9.2 Permitted Personal Use

Products purchased through the Site are licensed for personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the designs on purchased products beyond ordinary personal use and resale of the physical product.

9.3 Feedback and Submissions

If you send us feedback, suggestions, contest entries, or other submissions, you agree that we may use such submissions at any time, without restriction, in any medium, without compensation or obligation to you. We are under no obligation to maintain submissions in confidence, pay compensation, or respond. You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of any submissions you make.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service or access to the Service without express written permission from us.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including outbound storefronts where Tee Zen Designs products are sold on Redbubble, SpreadShirt, Spring, and Amazon. No customer data from tee-zen.com is shared with these platforms. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites and we will have no liability for any third-party materials, websites, products, or services. Please review carefully the third party's policies before engaging in any transaction.

We may also provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control or input. Access to such tools is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or endorsement. We shall have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools. Any use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to copyright laws
• Solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability
• Submit false or fraudulent orders or payment information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that may affect the functionality of the Site, other websites, or the Internet
• Collect or track the personal information of others
• Spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• Engage in any obscene or immoral purpose
• Systematically extract product data, designs, or pricing information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
• Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Site for violating any of the prohibited uses.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Site will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tee Zen Designs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits or revenue; damages arising from shipping delays or carrier errors; damages arising from product color variation or print quality differences from screen display; or any damages arising from unauthorized access to your account or inability to use the service.

Tee Zen Designs' total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Site or any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tee Zen Designs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any order through informal discussions. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter will be submitted to non-binding mediation conducted in New Hampshire by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may pursue any remedy available at law or in equity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Venue and jurisdiction for any legal action arising from these Terms will lie exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tee Zen Designs regarding the Site and your purchases and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
